EXCHANGE POLICY

At Akram Cloth House, we are committed to providing premium quality unstitched fabrics. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we offer an easy exchange policy for your convenience.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The product includes original packaging and invoice

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Discounted or sale items (if applicable)

Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and issue details
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item
  4. After inspection, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned product
