Product Nature

All products available on our website are unstitched (unstitch) fabric. Please note:

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen resolution
  • Fabric texture and design may slightly vary

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched
  • Original packaging must be intact

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color differences due to screen/display
  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, or used

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund methods in Pakistan:

  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa
  • Bank transfer

Refunds are issued only after product verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa only
  • No cash refunds are possible

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
